Recover access to your account

If you can no longer sign with the wallet linked to your account, you can recover access using the email on file plus a brand-new wallet you control.

What you'll need

The email address linked to your account (already verified)
A new wallet in MetaMask, Rabby, or similar — you'll sign one message with it
Access to that email inbox — we'll send a one-time confirmation link

How this is safe: we don't reveal whether an email exists in our system from this page (every submission returns the same "check your inbox" response). The confirmation link is one-shot, expires in 24 hours, and is bound to the exact new wallet you sign with — it can't be redirected elsewhere.

Only use this on community.openxai.org. Any other site asking you to sign "OpenxAI Community recover wallet" is phishing.
