I’m Amit and I’m glad to be a part of the OpenxAI community!
Here’s the link to my first task on creating a tutorial to deploy an AI app on OpenxAI Studio.
Secondly, here’s my take on Task 2:
AI is not just going to be a tool in our hands, but it is going to play a major role in our global communities. When this happens, we wouldn’t want a select few, or a monopoly to have control over it. Companies and organizations are innovating at a rapid pace, and with the advent of powerful AI models, the pace is just going to get quicker. We already have petabytes of data being generated by humans now, and when humans work alongside AI, it might grow at a pace that we cannot comprehend. The need for AI systems to be hosted on a blockchain network is inevitable.
Decentralizing AI systems is one thing, and the underlying infrastructure that hosts these AI models and agents is another thing. I believe Openmesh.network and OpenxAI go hand-in-hand. Without compute resources, we would not be able to train or host AI models, and decentralized compute resources, play a key role in the decentralization of intelligence. The world is currently looking for the next best resource available to host and serve AI models and I believe OpenxAI, along with openmesh.network could be a solid contender.
Having worked in the industry for over 5 years in Cloud, Data and AI/ML, I would be glad to contribute to the community in the role of an MLOP’s expert/ML Engineer or AI Engineer/LLM Deployer. I have architected end-to-end MLOP’s pipelines and have served multiple models in production environments. I also currently work in an AI role, so spending hours on quantizing models to deploying LLM’s on bare-metal GPU’s and coming across the “CUDA:Out of memory error” is what sounds fun to me! I have always been fascinated by the intersection of AI and blockchain and I believe it’s the need of the hour to start focusing on decentralized AI. I love building and working on things that have the potential to make a huge impact on society and I know for a fact that sooner or later, OpenxAI is bound to make that impact.
